This home was built from the ground up, completely new construction - a 3,000 sq ft main house plus 895 sf ADU.

Here I partnered with the homeowner, architect, general contractor, and project manager building this modern farmhouse with 360° views, including Sonoma Mountain to the north. Selection of windows, doors, roofing, gutters, siding…. every choice of material was given extensive aesthetic consideration, while constantly focusing on conservation of resources, cost efficiency, and reduction of on-going maintenance in mind.

The house’s level-in construction includes universal design principles, as well as state of the art radiant heat, a heat recovery ventilation system, and fire protection.This all-electric home’s great room features gorgeous natural light; vaulted ceilings with artisan-crafted, hand-stained wood box beams; a kitchen with custom designed inset cabinetry, custom designed, Wolf cooktop vent hood featuring board and batten detail facing the fireplace and TV wall across with the same b&b theme; and custom upholstered breakfast nook looking out towards a 100 year-old windmill. Other favorite features include a large primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, wood beams and board and batten backboard; a primary bathroom with a custom built oak double vanity, free standing tub, steam shower, and infrared sauna. Two en suite guest bedrooms accented with moody, muted color tile.

Not a single detail - from hardwood flooring to the beams - was overlooked.
